Upon arrival, the check-in experience was cumbersome as the room key machine malfunctioned, causing a prolonged wait. The first room had a strong smoke odor, requiring an immediate room change. The second room was marginally better, but the screens were torn, which raised concerns about bugs. Issues continued with outdated amenities, including a non-functional TV and a faulty hairdryer. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair on the floor and a damaged shower curtain rod. A serious renovation is needed.

Clean room, well-kept amenities, and a friendly atmosphere made my stay enjoyable, especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the easy access to nearby attractions. It was convenient with the North Platte Airport close by.
